Portable Infrared Sauna Source is an independent procurement coordination service for US business buyers. We do not manufacture sauna equipment, represent a product brand, provide medical services or perform laboratory testing. We help translate a purchasing need into supplier-ready questions, identify potential manufacturing sources and organize responses on a common basis. The buyer retains final control over product requirements, permitted claims, documents, samples, price, payment, logistics and supplier selection.
This separation is especially important for electrical wellness equipment. Public pages may describe a product family, but they cannot establish the heating system, voltage, power, usable dimensions, temperature controls, accessories, labeling or evidence of a different proposed model. We keep those details open until a supplier ties its answer to the exact quotation.
How responsibilities stay visible
Our work begins with the buyer's business context rather than a generic list of sauna features. We preserve the intended channel, placement, electrical environment, packaging purpose and claim restrictions while converting them into measurable questions. We can coordinate outreach and comparisons, but we do not replace the buyer's technical, regulatory, safety, legal, financial or clinical advisers.
A complete brief allows suppliers to propose alternatives without hiding the differences. Each changed enclosure, heating arrangement, control range, accessory set or pack basis belongs on a separate comparison line and requires buyer review.
- Product and specification: the buyer defines requested portable format, intended setting and questions for heating technology, usable space, controls, rated voltage, power, plug, controller and accessories; the supplier identifies the actual offered model.
- Quantity, unit and US destination: the buyer states complete sets by configuration, sample needs and destination; the supplier states its pack basis, minimums, production assumption, freight inclusion and exclusions.
- Packaging, files and timing: the buyer lists artwork, label, manual, exact-model evidence, sample checks and desired schedule; the supplier confirms what applies to the quoted model and current order.

We can compare buyer-provided requirements, supplier-provided proposals and public references when each source is clearly labeled. The comparison sheet can align currency, complete-set quantity, included items, packaging, sample scope, delivery basis and optional budget. It does not convert a supplier statement into an independently verified fact.

- Unresolved decisions: alternative components, permitted claims, qualified review needs, sample deviations, payment terms and final buyer approval.
