Supplier matching starts with a complete brief

Infrared Portable Sauna Factory Sourcing Support

We organize a buyer's portable sauna requirement so candidate factories receive the same questions. State the requested enclosure format, intended channel, heating technology, rated voltage and power, interior or usable dimensions, control range questions, controller, accessories, packaging, quantity and US destination. Our work is procurement coordination: we do not manufacture, stock, certify or prescribe a product, and we do not approve a supplier for the buyer.

Coordination boundary

We can structure the RFQ, contact potential manufacturers and align quotation fields. The responding supplier must identify the exact proposed model and evidence. The buyer approves specifications, claims, documents, sample, commercial scope and supplier.

Procurement inputs and service handoff

Product and specification

Describe seated enclosure, full-height portable cabin or another defined format. List requested heating method, usable space, panel arrangement questions, controller location, temperature-control requirements, rated voltage, power, US plug, seat or floor mat, wiring and included accessories. Unknown values should stay marked for clarification rather than copied from a public product page.

Quantity and destination

Provide sample units and intended-order quantities separately, counted as complete sets by configuration. Define what belongs in one set, consumer or bulk packaging expectations, master-carton questions and the US destination. Suppliers can then state their own minimums, pack basis, production assumption and delivery terms without those responses becoming pre-existing site claims.

Files and timing

Name the exact-model manual, rating label, component list, packaging layout, warnings and other market-relevant evidence required for review. State artwork ownership, sample purpose, requested response date and target delivery window. Timing remains a requested commercial input until a supplier confirms it in a current quotation.

Service evidence and open confirmations

Buyer evidence

The buyer brief records the intended channel, enclosure format, electrical environment, requested controls, quantity, destination, budget basis and document questions. It proves what was requested, not that any supplier can meet it. Changes should be revision-controlled so quotations remain traceable to the same requirement.

Reference

Third-party product-family pages can suggest comparison categories such as heating system, dimensions or controller features. They remain external references. Their specifications, claims, test files or commercial terms cannot be transferred to the model a different supplier proposes.

Supplier confirmation

Each candidate should return a model identifier, construction and electrical details, usable dimensions, control information, included items, packaging, exact-model files, quantity basis, currency, sample terms, delivery scope and exclusions. Blank or conflicting answers remain unresolved until clarified and accepted by the buyer.
